Antique Pinfire Double Barrel Pistol
14mm/20 gauge bore. 5.25" octagonal barrel lengths. SN: NSN. Interesting European-style pinfire pistol with double barrels, tip up action, folding triggers, and double cock levers. Blued metal finish and hand checkered walnut grips. Item is unmarked with a manufacturer, but has an "A" that appears to be hand-marked underneath of barrels, and boxlock with several cross hatched engraved lines.
Condition:
Fair to good. Bores are dark. Item appears to have a hot blue refinish that has turned to an oily red hue. Grips are starting to darken, and both show wear to hand cut checkering.
