Brass Three Barrel Flint Pistol
.36 caliber 3 5/8" long 3-barrel cluster. London commercial proofs on barrels. Tap action, box lock with reinforced cock and sliding pan locking safety. Left frame marked WHEELER and right side marked LONDON, surrounded by a panoply of arms. Iron triggerguard, walnut grip.
Condition:
Very good, smooth golden patina on brass, speckled gray patina on triggerguard and flint battery. Mechanically functional. Grip very good with expected bumps, dings and minor mars. A very attractive example of a less commonly encountered 3-barrel tap action pistol.
