7.62x38mm Russian. 4.5" barrel length. SN: NBH6164. Model 1895 double-action revolver with fixed 7-shot fluted cylinder. Features a military lanyard ring, and fixed u-notch and ramp sight. Blued military finish and checkered walnut grips. This item was manufactured at the Tula Arsenal in 1943 according to the "{arrow in star}/1943{cyrillic alphanumeric}" inspection mark to left side rear of frame. There are also Century Arms Inc. import markings to both sides of barrel, and various Soviet military proofs stamped to small parts. Includes unmarked military-style brown sharkskin holster with cleaning rod.
Condition:
Very good. Bore is bright and rifling is sharp. Item appears to have been refinished at some point considering manufacturer/import marks are softened and there are visible buffing or machine marks to frame overall. Grips show mild wear to checkering. Lockup has some give. Action is functional.
