Rare Indian Katar Percussion Pistol

.31 caliber, 5" barrel, 7" blade length.  Extensive gold koftgari work. Late 19th century to early 20th century.  These are most often seen with a hidden dagger.  Green covered scabbard with engraved silver tip. The present example is the only pistol we have encountered.

Excellent overall with a some pitting on the guard and blade.  Retaining most of the gold work.  Scabbard is excellent with some light wear.
