Rare Large Frame Four Shot Percussion Pepperbox
Approximately .59 caliber, four 2 5/8" barrels, no visible serial number. Each barrel is made of Damascus steel, and is numbered 0, 2, 3 and 4, with corresponding numbers marked on the frame. The frame, elongated tang and triggerguard feature scroll engraving. The walnut grip is relief carved at the frame.
Condition:
The steel has an even gunmetal patina throughout, with the Damascus barrels in very good condition. The wood is in very good condition. The bores and action are very good.
