Scarce Smith & Wesson Model 320 Revolving Rifle With 20 Inch Barrel and Shoulder Stock
.320 S & W caliber, 20" barrel, S/N 461. The top flat of the barrel is marked with typical Smith & Wesson markings and patent dates. With hood front sight and target rear sight configurations on the barrel. Blue finish, with red and black marbleized hard rubber grips and forend. Includes original walnut shoulder stock with hard rubber Smith & Wesson buttplate. Only 977 were produced, with 224 made in the 20" barrel configuration, making this one of the rarest of all Smith & Wesson firearms.
Condition:
The barrel and frame retain nearly all of their original blue finish, with only one small scuff on the barrel, and some light spotting on the frame. The grips are in excellent condition, and the stock has one or two nicks or dings, in very good condition. The bore and the action are excellent.
